Do you allow pets?

 Yes, your furry four legged family member has a home at the Parc at Univeristy Tower Luxury Apartment Homes. We allow non-aggressive breeds.

What else is there to do around the area?

There are plenty of fine dining, shopping, and entertainment venues in the area around The Parc at University Tower. Check out our Area Attractions page for a small listing of places to go.

How easy is it to commute to the Universities?

If you're a Blue Devil or a Tar Heel and live at the Parc at University Tower, it is very easy to commute to either Duke University or University of North Carolina. We are equidistant to both and the bus stops right in front of our community.
